Summary: In Thailand the firm is known as International Legal Counsellors Thailand ("ILCT"). The firm provides legal services relating to international commercial and financial transactions, foreign investment, infrastructure projects, exports, the sale of goods and services, and similar matters for clients based in Asia, America, and Europe. This work involves a wide range of legal issues relating to the international aspects of corporate and business law, and other factors unique to cross-border transactions.

ILCT is one of the best-known law offices in Bangkok. We have earned our reputation by consciously practicing in a group format and using personnel of diverse educational backgrounds and nationalities to form teams to deal with each matter by applying maximum diversified experience. By this method and through our inter-office matrix system, we have developed an effective internationalist approach.

Legal Services: Much of the firm's work is on behalf of foreign companies as they begin or expand their operations in Thailand. We also maintain a domestic practice. Our legal services include banking and finance, litigation and arbitration, partnership and companies law, securities, corporate recovery services, taxation, minerals and energy law, trademark, patent and copyright law, contract negotiations, alien business law, real estate, insurance, labor law, promotion of investment law, high technology, transportation law, infrastructure and privatization projects, and e-commerce and internet law.

Attorneys: Our offices are staffed by Thai and expatriate attorneys familiar with international legal standards and practice. Work with other R&V Offices: The Bangkok office works closely with other R&V offices in Asia, Washington, D.C., New York, the Dominican Republic, and Russia. Although each office is a separate entity, and attorneys in other offices do not provide legal services unless specific arrangements are made in order to meet a client's needs, we are able to utilize the expertise available in other offices to address clients' matters. This results in efficient utilization of the firm's lawyers and has the effect of keeping our rates competitive and reducing legal costs for clients.
